Hello! My name is Daisy and I'm a first-year BA History student who is just infatuated by all things Historical (quite obvious as I'm doing a History degree 😆) and would love to go on tangents on aspects of History that stray from the content of my course, so what better way to do so than to start a blog! Here, I will just be posting observations and things that I have found interesting from History books I've read, primary sources from different areas of History, and just things that I would love to know more about! I am continuously captivated by the diversity and breadth provided by History as a subject, with present events being engraved by the past, each aspect and field of study reflecting a historical one, truly highlighting how significant History is! I always read books recommended to me by my University, but I just wanted to use this blog in a leisurely way to talk about things I find interesting, ranging from legends and myths, to lost treasures, and real events! 

There's an awful lot to handle when it comes to History and its contents, so join me on my adventure as I talk about areas of History that I find rather interesting!
